1. Healthcare Provider Terms
Healthcare providers registering for the Rex Health doctor waitlist or platform agree to provide accurate, current, and complete medical credential information (including valid MDCN license details).
- Providers maintain full clinical responsibility for medical advice and treatment provided through the platform.
- Rex Health provides technology infrastructure and administrative support to facilitate care delivery.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When you create an account or sign up on our platform, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
3. Confidentiality & Medical Privacy
Rex Health respects your medical privacy. All clinical consultations, health records, and user data are treated in accordance with applicable health data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.
