Request Account Deletion
Submit a formal request to delete your Rex Health account and associated personal data.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Personal & Profile Data: Your login credentials, patient profile, phone number, and address are permanently purged from active systems.
- Statutory Health Records: In accordance with the National Health Act and healthcare regulations, historical clinical consultation notes, prescriptions, and lab records must be retained in encrypted archives for statutory compliance (typically 5 to 7 years).
- Processing Window: Your active account access will be terminated immediately, and full data deletion will be completed within 30 days.
